At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
